| Summary | Basic bottle printing, low to mid volume | Automated, high output bottle production | Handles contoured products, low to mid volume |
Rated speed is the manufacturer maximum. Net output on your floor depends on artwork, ink coverage, curing, loading, changeover and operator skill. We confirm realistic net speed on your own product during the demonstration.
Run your own numbers.
Set your shift pattern and a realistic efficiency, and see what the machine produces. Change the values to match your own product and pricing.
Gross margin only. Labour, maintenance, spare parts, consumables beyond ink, rent, finance cost and rejects are not included. Use this as a first filter, then ask us for a full costing on your own bottle.

Before you invest.
What is direct-to-object printing?
The artwork is printed straight onto the product itself using UV inkjet. There is no paper label, no shrink sleeve and no adhesive. The ink is cured instantly by UV LED light, so the product is handled straight after printing.
Which materials can LSINC print on?
Glass, plastic, metal, wood, ceramic and paper based products, plus other materials after testing. Clear glass can be printed without a barrier layer.
Which shapes are supported?
Cylindrical, tapered and contoured products. The Perivallo360m adapts the printheads to contours, so it handles shapes the other models cannot. Maximum diameter and height differ by model and are listed in the comparison table above.
Is the print really durable on perfume bottles?
UV printing on glass performs well, but perfume is the hardest test because alcohol attacks unprotected print. The result depends on the bottle coating, surface pretreatment, ink curing and the varnish on top.
We do not promise a perfume proof result before testing. We print your actual bottle with your actual fragrance and run adhesion and rub tests first.
How fast is it in real production?
Rated speeds are 282, 1,146 and 174 pieces per hour for PeriOne, PeriQ360 and Perivallo360m. These are maximum figures. Net output is lower once you account for loading, changeover, ink coverage, curing and rejects. Plan with a realistic efficiency figure and confirm it during the demonstration on your own product.
Can I print variable data and personalisation?
Yes. Every piece can carry different artwork, names, numbers or codes with no plates, screens or setup charge between designs. The PeriQ360 can run up to four designs at the same time.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One piece. There are no plates or screens, so a single sample costs the same per unit as a production run. This is what makes limited editions, gifting and launch samples practical.
Can I print white and varnish effects?
Yes on the Perivallo360m, which prints CMYK plus white and varnish. White is used as a base on clear or dark glass, and varnish gives gloss, matte and raised or embossed effects.
Which model should I choose?
Choose the PeriOne for samples, customisation and boutique runs. Choose the PeriQ360 for volume production where output per hour decides your cost. Choose the Perivallo360m for contoured products and high end decoration where white and varnish matter more than speed.
Can I test my own product before buying?
Yes. Send us your products and we print them at our Dubai facility. You get a printed sample, a realistic net speed figure, an ink consumption figure and an adhesion test result on your own material.
Do you provide installation, training and service in the region?
Yes. PRO TECHnology is the regional distributor for the MENA region. We handle installation, operator training, technical support, spare parts and consumables locally.
Do I still need labels or shrink sleeves?
No. The print replaces them. That removes label stock, sleeve tooling, minimum order quantities on labels, storage of obsolete artwork and the waste that comes with an SKU change.
