EVO 2500, the 2.5 m roll-fed production system
A hybrid UV-LED machine built around a continuous belt feed. Media travels through on the belt rather than sitting on a fixed bed, so print length is limited by the roll and not by the machine, wallpaper, textile, banner, film and soft signage run as one unbroken image.
IQDEMY has been manufacturing the Evolution platform for over six years, and it has proven itself as a versatile production machine on both flexible and rigid materials. Expandable side tables mean it takes rigid sheet work without a separate flatbed, so one machine covers roll production and board work.
It is built for high-load production with minimal attention and maintenance, and it is modular, printheads can be added and modules upgraded as your volumes grow, rather than replacing the machine.
Speed figures span the three-head and six-head configurations. A 1.6 m version (EVO 1600) is available where floor space is the constraint.

Counterfeit protection that lives in the printed layer itself is far harder to replicate than a design feature. IQDEMY's security programme covers identification documents such as passports and ID cards, banknotes, bank cheques, ballot papers, tickets, packaging, and identification marking for OEM components.
Glow and fluorescent ink systems add a covert verification layer, invisible under normal light, unmistakable under UV, and can be combined with the same equipment platform used for decorative work.
