Adobe Creative Cloud for teams: the plans a UAE company can buy and how buying works

PRO TECHnology is an authorised Adobe reseller in the UAE and supplies Creative Cloud for teams and Creative Cloud for enterprise to UAE companies. A company licence belongs to the company, not the employee, and is managed in the Adobe Admin Console. Adobe’s teams plans for UAE companies are Creative Cloud Pro for teams, Creative Cloud Pro Plus for teams and Single App for teams, and Creative Cloud for enterprise adds single sign-on and organisation-owned accounts. Adobe Express, Firefly, Stock, Substance 3D and Frame.io are sold alongside. Adobe publishes its UAE plan prices, and reseller quotations for teams and enterprise are prepared per organisation, so this page explains how pricing is structured without quoting a figure. Adobe pages were read on 6 November 2026; Adobe MAX runs on 10 and 11 November 2026, and line-ups may change after it.

Which Adobe plans can a UAE business buy? The range from A to Z

Adobe sells business software in two families. Teams plans keep licence management simple, and Adobe’s UAE teams page recommends them for 1 to 10 licences. Creative Cloud for enterprise adds organisation-owned identities, single sign-on and finer admin control, and is quoted. Both run in the Adobe Admin Console, and a reseller can supply both through VIP Marketplace.

Adobe’s help page (updated 5 August 2026) offers Creative Cloud Standard for teams in India, Brazil and five African markets (South Africa, Kenya, Tanzania, Mauritius and Ghana), so a UAE quotation names Pro, Pro Plus or Single App.
Creative Cloud for teams or an individual subscription: what is the difference?
An individual subscription belongs to the person who pays for it; a teams licence belongs to the company. Adobe’s teams page says the apps are the same as on the plans for individuals, with business features added.

Hypothetical example. A Dubai developer’s marketing team of six has three people on personal subscriptions paid on expenses and a freelancer sharing a login. Six Creative Cloud Pro for teams licences give the company six seats it can reassign, one renewal date, an invoice in its own name and files that stay when people leave.
What is Creative Cloud Pro vs Standard, and where does Pro Plus fit?
For individuals, Adobe’s UAE plans page lists Creative Cloud Pro, with 20+ apps and both standard and premium Firefly features, and Creative Cloud Standard, which Adobe describes as its top Creative Cloud apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro. A UAE company chooses between Pro for teams and Pro Plus for teams. Adobe’s table of the three teams tiers (updated 5 August 2026) shows where they differ:
- Standard generative features such as Generative Fill in Photoshop: metered on Standard for teams, unlimited on Pro and Pro Plus.
- Premium generative features for video and audio: none on Standard for teams; 4,000 credits a month on Pro and Pro Plus, which Adobe equates to up to 40 five-second videos or 13 minutes of translated video and audio.
- Firefly Boards (beta) and non-Adobe models, named by Adobe as OpenAI GPT, Google Imagen, Veo and Flux: Pro and Pro Plus only.
- Unlimited standard Stock assets and IP indemnification: Pro Plus only.
- Cloud storage: 100GB on Standard for teams, 1TB on Pro and Pro Plus.
So the real decision is stock. Adobe’s Pro Plus FAQ (updated 3 August 2026) covers unlimited standard Stock photos, vectors, illustrations, templates and 3D assets, but not HD or 4K video, audio or premium collections. It also says every seat in an organisation must be on the same teams plan, so the whole team moves to Pro Plus together. Pro Plus is not on Adobe’s UAE online plans page: Adobe sells it on adobe.com in the US, by phone in other countries except China and Russia, and through VIP on one-year and three-year terms. Education customers, extended VIP terms and enterprise customers are not eligible.
Can a company buy Photoshop only? Single App for teams
Yes. Photoshop for teams is a Single App for teams plan: one application licensed to the company and run from the Admin Console, with the teams business features. Adobe’s UAE teams page also lists Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom, Audition and Animate for teams, along with Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Studio, Acrobat Express, Adobe Stock and Frame.io for teams. Of those, only the Acrobat Pro and Studio plans for teams carry Acrobat’s PDF editing and e-signature tools. Acrobat Express for teams lacks e-sign tools in Adobe’s plan comparison, and Photoshop for teams and the other creative single apps do not include Acrobat.
Single App fits a role that lives in one application, such as a retoucher in Photoshop. Once the same person opens two or three Adobe apps every week, Creative Cloud Pro for teams is usually the simpler licence.
Hypothetical example. A Sharjah packaging printer has two prepress operators who only open Illustrator and one brand manager who edits video and lays out brochures. A sensible quotation is two Illustrator for teams licences and one Creative Cloud Pro for teams licence, with Wacom pen tablets for the prepress desks.

Creative Cloud for enterprise: Edition 5, the ETLA and single sign-on
Adobe’s comparison page sets Pro Plus for teams against Creative Cloud for enterprise Edition 5 (read 6 November 2026). Both include 20+ apps, Acrobat Pro, 1TB per user and 180-day version history. Enterprise adds every admin role (teams has the System Admin only), single sign-on, AI governance by individual or group, up to 8,000 monthly credits against 4,000, Stock video, audio and premium photos under an Extended licence, Firefly Graph for Enterprise, unlimited expert sessions and a higher indemnity limit that also covers Google and OpenAI model output.
- You already run single sign-on. Federated ID hands sign-in to your SAML 2.0 identity provider, and Adobe names Google and Azure AD among the directory services it suits. Teams plans cannot use it.
- Accounts must belong to the organisation. Enterprise ID and Federated ID are created and owned by the company on domains it has verified through DNS.
- Policy limits which staff use which AI models. See our guide to controlling Adobe generative AI at work.
- Procurement wants a three-year agreement. Adobe positions the Enterprise Term License Agreement (ETLA) for larger, centralised deployments: a three-year term, one annual payment, an annual true-up order and a minimum annual purchase.
Enterprise is about control, not headcount: Adobe offers VIP Marketplace and the ETLA to commercial, government and education customers alike. Teams and enterprise licences cannot share one Admin Console, but Adobe says a teams customer can upgrade without cancellation fees.
Is Adobe Express free for business? Adobe Express for teams explained
Adobe Express has a free plan, which Adobe describes as basic content creation tools with limited generative AI credits and assets. Its pricing FAQ then recommends a business plan for growing teams and businesses, for company control of Express projects and simpler licence management. A sole trader can start free; a company that wants to own what its staff create needs a business plan.
Adobe Express for teams includes the Premium features and adds the Admin Console, consolidated billing, brand kits with brand controls and template locking, sharing restrictions, asset reclamation when people leave, 1TB of pooled storage per user, 180-day version history and 250 generative credits per user a month. Adobe sells it as an annual subscription with a two-seat minimum. Adobe Express for enterprise adds single sign-on, user directory sync and Experience Manager integration, with IP indemnification for Firefly content on select plans.
Creative Cloud Pro for teams already includes Adobe Express, so Express for teams is for staff who need Express and nothing else, such as marketing coordinators and sales teams. Adobe Express for Education is a separate offer, free to qualified primary and secondary schools.
Adobe Firefly for teams: credits, models and the indemnity in short
Adobe Firefly for teams has three tiers: Firefly Pro for teams with 4,000 monthly generative credits, Firefly Pro Plus for teams with 10,000 and Firefly Premium for teams with 50,000. Each includes unlimited standard features such as Generative Fill, plus Adobe Express Premium and Photoshop on web and mobile. Credits pay for premium features such as video generation and partner models. Adobe’s yardstick is up to 40 five-second videos or 13 minutes of translation a month on Pro and up to 100 videos or 33 minutes on Pro Plus, and Premium adds unlimited Generate Video with the Firefly Video Model.
It suits teams that run out of credits on video work and staff who want Firefly without the desktop apps. Adobe says neither it nor its model partners train models on customer content.
The indemnity in short: on teams plans, IP indemnification for select Firefly outputs comes only with Pro Plus for teams and is capped per asset. Creative Cloud for enterprise lists a higher limit and cover for Google and OpenAI output on qualifying terms; other partner models and beta features fall outside it. Adobe Stock for teams, Substance 3D and Frame.io: the plans around Creative Cloud
Adobe Stock for teams. Adobe’s UAE teams page sells Adobe Stock for teams per licence, and Adobe’s Stock help page explains that it uses pooled licensing: every member of the teams organisation can use the assets licensed under it, from the same Admin Console as Creative Cloud. A studio on Pro Plus for teams already has unlimited standard assets and buys video and premium content with Credit Packs for Teams.
Substance 3D. The Substance 3D Collection for teams bundles five desktop apps, Substance 3D Painter, Sampler, Stager, Designer and Modeler, with Substance 3D Assets, an admin dashboard and 1TB of cloud storage per licence, against 100GB on the individual plan. Adobe offers a 30-day free trial of the five desktop apps. It suits packaging, product, interiors and game teams.
Frame.io. Frame.io is Adobe’s workspace for organising, reviewing and approving work in progress, with frame-accurate comments, on-screen annotations, restricted projects, branded share links and Camera to Cloud. Adobe says Frame.io for Creative Cloud comes with Creative Cloud Pro, Adobe Premiere and After Effects at no extra payment. Frame.io for teams is a separate purchase that starts with 3TB of shared storage and adds 2TB per extra licence, pooled and run from the Admin Console.
Acrobat, Acrobat Sign and education licences: the rest of the Adobe range
Acrobat. Adobe sells Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Studio and Acrobat Express for teams, and Creative Cloud Pro for teams already includes Acrobat Pro. Which plan each role needs, and where AI Assistant for Acrobat fits, is set out on our Acrobat for business page.
Acrobat Sign. Adobe Acrobat Sign, and Acrobat Sign Solutions, its standalone and separately quoted edition, are covered with UAE e-signature law on our Acrobat Sign page.
Education. Schools, colleges and universities license Adobe on education terms through VIP Marketplace or an ETLA, with named-user or shared-device licences and their own eligibility rules, while students and teachers buy their own plans on adobe.com. Education customers cannot buy Creative Cloud Pro Plus for teams. How much is Adobe Creative Cloud for business? How the pricing is structured
This page quotes no prices: Adobe publishes UAE plan prices on adobe.com/ae_en and on its UAE teams plans page, and reseller quotations for teams and enterprise are prepared per organisation, since Adobe’s buying-programme page says the reseller sets the price on orders placed through a reseller. Five things set the figure.
- Plan tier
- Single App, Creative Cloud Pro or Pro Plus for teams, or an enterprise edition. Adobe lists teams plans per licence per month on an annual term.
- Quantity
- Under VIP Marketplace, a member that buys 10 or more licences during a subscription term reaches a discount level for all purchases through that term, with higher levels at 50 and 100. Adobe does not publish the percentages, and neither do we.
- Term
- An annual subscription, an extended subscription paid upfront, or the 3-year commit, which Adobe says gives commercial and government members a deeper discount than an annual commitment.
- Timing
- A licence added mid-term is charged pro rata up to the Anniversary Date.
- Add-ons
- Adobe Stock credit packs, extra generative credits and AI Assistant for Acrobat appear as their own lines.
Adobe shows its UAE plan prices subject to applicable local taxes. Direct purchases on adobe.com follow Adobe’s own terms, while licences supplied by a reseller follow the VIP Marketplace terms.
Hypothetical example, structure only. A Dubai agency orders 14 Creative Cloud Pro for teams licences and Frame.io for teams. Having bought 10 or more licences in the term, it reaches a VIP Marketplace discount level for the rest of the term, so a seat added in month eight for a new hire gets that level and runs pro rata to the Anniversary Date. Committing to 14 licences under the 3-year commit would hold the partner price for up to three years.
VIP Marketplace: 1 to 10 licences online, 11 or more through sales or a reseller
VIP Marketplace is the programme through which an authorised reseller orders Adobe licences for a customer. Adobe’s overview (updated 22 October 2026) describes a volume programme for organisations of every size, with discount levels that rise with further purchases, covering Creative Cloud, Acrobat, Adobe Stock, Adobe Acrobat Sign, Substance and Firefly among others. The reseller buys as many or as few licences as needed.
The two routes meet at licence 11. Adobe’s UAE teams page recommends its online teams plans for 1 to 10 licences and asks buyers of 11 or more to contact its sales team. A reseller supplies both ranges under one membership, so a company that starts with four licences keeps its VIP number and its chosen Anniversary Date when it reaches forty.

Under the 3-year commit the member agrees to renew a minimum number of licences on its first and second Anniversary Dates, and Adobe holds a set, discounted partner price for the term; extra licences and consumables can be added without raising the commitment. It is not available with Linked Membership or, outside the last 365 days of the term, with an extended paid-upfront subscription. Linked Membership lets affiliated companies buy and manage licences separately while their combined volume sets the discount level.
Inside the Adobe Admin Console: identity types, single sign-on and product profiles
The Adobe Admin Console is where a company’s Adobe licences live. Its overview page shows products with assigned and available licences, users and administrators, and team requests waiting for review. A teams administrator adds users by email, assigns and reassigns licences and buys more.
Adobe’s identity help page (updated 3 August 2026) lists three identity types:
- Adobe ID: owned by the user, works on any email domain and is the only type teams plans support. Under the Enterprise Storage Model a Business Profile keeps company files and product assignments under company control.
- Enterprise ID: created and owned by the organisation on domains verified through DNS. Adobe hosts the sign-in and the organisation sets the password policy.
- Federated ID: organisation-owned, with sign-in handed to the company’s SAML 2.0 identity provider, which brings single sign-on and corporate multi-factor rules to Adobe.
Enterprise ID and Federated ID work on Creative Cloud for enterprise, not on teams. Product profiles also belong to enterprise and education consoles: a profile links a product and its services to users or groups, profile admins can be delegated, and joining a profile grants access but installs nothing. Both consoles can build packages that fix which apps reach each computer, or let users install from the Creative Cloud desktop app; pushing packages to many Macs and PCs is covered in our remote software deployment guide.
Switching employees from personal Adobe accounts to company licences
Most companies start with staff on expensed personal plans and brand files in personal cloud accounts. The order of steps below protects those files.
- List every Adobe user, their plan, the email address it runs on and its renewal date.
- Buy the company licences with your own staff member as primary administrator. A reseller can be an additional administrator, never the primary one.
- Give each person a licence on their work email address. They sign in with their Adobe ID and choose the Business Profile for company work.
- Check team requests. Adobe’s matching service (help page updated 4 August 2026) flags people whose email domain or payment card matches the company’s. It works only where the teams plan was bought direct from Adobe, so for reseller-supplied licences the administrator adds people by email.
- Move files before cancelling anything. Adobe tells approved users they can upgrade, cancel or keep their individual plan, and can migrate assets to team storage or keep them separate.
- Settle personal plans on their own terms. Adobe’s UAE plans page allows a full refund within 14 days of purchase; after that, check each plan’s cancellation terms first.
Hypothetical example. An Abu Dhabi events company has four designers on personal plans renewing in February, May, August and November. It buys four Creative Cloud Pro for teams licences in November, the designers move their libraries into their Business Profiles, and each personal plan is cancelled at its own renewal month.
How buying works in the UAE through an authorised Adobe reseller
Adobe lists PRO TECHnology Co. LLC, Dubai, in its public reseller directory (read 6 November 2026). The company keeps control of its own Admin Console throughout.
- Brief and quotation. Send us the products each person needs, your single sign-on plans, current subscriptions with renewal dates, and whether you buy as a company, government entity or accredited institution. We send a quotation in your UAE company’s name.
- VIP Marketplace enrolment. Your organisation is enrolled under the right segment, receives a VIP number and picks its Anniversary Date. If you already buy through another reseller or direct from Adobe, we issue a reseller change code, valid for 7 days, which your System Admin enters in the Admin Console.
- Order and invoice. We place the order, the licences appear in your Admin Console and you receive a UAE tax invoice in the company name.
- Admin Console set-up. Your administrator adds users or groups and assigns licences; on enterprise, domains are claimed and the identity provider is connected. Our onboarding covers this Admin Console set-up.
- Deployment. Users install from the Creative Cloud desktop app, or IT pushes packages; we supply FileWave for remote software deployment to Macs and Windows PCs.
- Running the membership. Licences added in the Admin Console must be ordered by the reseller within 7 days, and we track renewals against the Anniversary Date. You can book a demo of the Admin Console before any order.
Saudi Arabia and the rest of the GCC
Adobe sells VIP Marketplace licences for the country in which the users are based, so a UAE membership is for staff working in the UAE. For colleagues in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman or Bahrain, talk to us before you order. In August 2026 Adobe, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and HUMAIN announced plans to give eligible Saudi citizens and residents 12 months of free Firefly Standard and Adobe Express Premium features; that is an offer to individuals, not a company licence.

It depends on the plan, the number of licences and the term, so a company gets a quotation rather than a list price. Adobe publishes its UAE teams prices per licence per month on adobe.com/ae_en. Through an authorised reseller, a VIP Marketplace member that buys 10 or more licences during a subscription term reaches a discount level, with higher levels at 50 and 100, and the 3-year commit holds the partner price for up to three years. Adobe says that on reseller orders the reseller determines the price.
What does Creative Cloud for teams include that an individual subscription does not?
The apps are the same; the difference is ownership and control. On a teams plan the company owns the licence and manages it in the Adobe Admin Console, reassigns it when someone leaves and can transfer that person’s cloud files to a colleague. Teams plans add 180-day version history, 1TB of cloud storage per user, one contract for billing and 24x7 support with dedicated chat, and Creative Cloud Pro users also get two one-to-one sessions with Adobe product experts each year.
What is Creative Cloud Pro vs Standard?
For individuals, Adobe’s UAE plans page lists Creative Cloud Pro, with 20+ apps and standard and premium Firefly features, and Creative Cloud Standard, which Adobe describes as its top Creative Cloud apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro. Among teams plans, Standard has metered standard generative features, no premium video and audio features and 100GB of storage, against unlimited standard features, 4,000 monthly credits and 1TB on Pro. Adobe sells Standard for teams only in India, Brazil and some African markets, so UAE companies choose Pro or Pro Plus for teams.
Can a company buy Photoshop only?
Yes. Photoshop for teams is a Single App for teams plan: one application licensed to the company and managed in the Adobe Admin Console, with teams business features such as licence reassignment and 180-day version history. Adobe’s UAE teams page also sells Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, InDesign, After Effects, Lightroom, Audition and Animate as single apps for teams. If the same person uses two or three Adobe apps every week, Creative Cloud Pro for teams is usually the simpler licence to manage.
Is Adobe Express free for business, or does a company need Express for teams?
Adobe Express has a free plan with basic tools and limited generative credits, and anyone can start there. For growing teams and businesses Adobe recommends a business plan, which gives the company control of Express projects and assets. Adobe Express for teams adds the Admin Console, brand kits with template locking, asset reclamation when staff leave, 1TB of pooled storage per user and 250 generative credits per user a month, with a two-seat minimum. Staff on Creative Cloud Pro for teams already have Adobe Express.
Does Creative Cloud Pro for teams include Adobe Firefly and Adobe Stock?
It includes Firefly features but not unlimited stock. Creative Cloud Pro for teams gives unlimited standard generative features such as Generative Fill, 4,000 monthly credits for premium video and audio features, Firefly Boards and partner models. Unlimited standard Stock downloads come with Pro Plus for teams, which also brings IP indemnification on select Firefly output. Teams that need more credits can add Adobe Firefly for teams, which comes with 4,000, 10,000 or 50,000 monthly credits.
Can a teams licence be moved from one employee to another?
Yes. A teams licence is assigned in the Adobe Admin Console, not bought in a person’s name. When someone leaves, the administrator removes the user, and the console asks whether to transfer that person’s cloud assets now, transfer them later or delete them permanently. The freed licence is then assigned to the replacement, who signs in with their own Adobe ID and works in a Business Profile, so company files stay under company control and no new purchase is needed.
Do we need Creative Cloud for enterprise to get single sign-on?
Yes. Adobe’s identity help page, updated 3 August 2026, supports only Adobe IDs on Creative Cloud for teams and Document Cloud for teams. Single sign-on needs Federated ID, where the organisation owns the accounts and sign-in runs through its SAML 2.0 identity provider, and Federated ID is supported on Creative Cloud for enterprise and Document Cloud for enterprise. Adobe says a teams customer can upgrade to enterprise without cancellation fees, though teams and enterprise licences cannot share one Admin Console.
Does a UAE Adobe licence cover employees based in Saudi Arabia?
Not as a rule. Adobe sells VIP Marketplace licences for the country in which the users are based, so a UAE membership is for staff working in the UAE. Adobe’s August 2026 plan with Saudi Arabia’s communications ministry and HUMAIN to give eligible citizens and residents 12 months of free Firefly Standard and Adobe Express Premium features is an offer to individuals, not a company licence.
What is the 3-year commit option in VIP Marketplace?
It is a VIP Marketplace term for members with 10 or more licences. The member agrees to renew a minimum number of licences on its first and second Anniversary Dates, and in return Adobe holds a set, discounted partner price for up to three years, paid annually. Adobe says commercial and government members get a deeper discount than on an annual commitment. Extra licences and consumables can be added during the term. It is not available with Linked Membership or most extended paid-upfront subscriptions.
