Start with the room, not the product
Sizing is the step people skip. A unit rated for 40 m² placed in a 120 m² majlis will run constantly, never reach target humidity and wear out early. Measure the floor area first, then match it to the rated coverage rather than to the price.
Measure the actual area
Floor area of the space that needs treating, including any room it opens onto. Open-plan layouts share air.
Compact rooms, around 40 m²
