DICOTA Laptop Bags on Amazon UAE and Saudi Arabia: Which Model Fits Your Laptop

Where to buy DICOTA in the UAE and Saudi Arabia

PRO TECHnology, in Dubai, is DICOTA’s exclusive distributor in the GCC. Our company history records our appointment as DICOTA’s regional distributor for the Middle East and Africa in 1999. DICOTA was founded in Germany in 1992, and its name comes from Die Computer Tasche, German for “the computer bag”, as our DICOTA page explains.

There are three ways to buy a DICOTA bag in the region:

• Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa. DICOTA laptop bags are listed with local stock, including on PRO TECHnology’s own Amazon.ae store. Every model we found is in the tables below.
• EVO, the PRO TECHnology group’s online store, lists selected DICOTA models on its DICOTA page. EVO ships within the UAE.
• Company and team orders. Our sales team quotes DICOTA’s current ranges for companies in the UAE and the rest of the GCC. Write to sales@protech.ae, phone us on +971 4 343 5501, or send an enquiry.

Amazon is a marketplace: several sellers can offer the same listing, and the seller, price and stock on a listing can change at any time. Check the “Sold by” line before you pay, and keep the invoice, because DICOTA’s warranty claim form asks where and when the bag was bought.

Measure the laptop, not the screen

A “15.6-inch” bag is named after a screen size, but laptops with the same screen differ in width, depth and thickness. DICOTA deals with this by giving every bag a maximum device size: the largest laptop, by its three outside dimensions, that the compartment is made to take. You find it in the Specifications tab of each product page on dicota.com.

1. Measure your laptop’s width (the longest side), depth and thickness in millimetres, including any hard-shell case you keep on it.
2. Find the bag’s maximum device size in the tables below or on DICOTA’s product page.
3. Match like with like. DICOTA does not always list the three numbers in the same order, so compare the longest with the longest; the tables here list the longest side first.
4. Every one of your laptop’s three dimensions must be equal to or smaller than the bag’s. If one is larger, choose the next size up.

For Apple laptops the numbers are published. These are the current models as listed on Apple’s specification pages:

For a Windows laptop, look up the model’s dimensions on the maker’s specification page, or measure it with a ruler.

DICOTA laptop bags on Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa: the full list

This is what we found when we searched for DICOTA on Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa on 27 October 2026, counting only laptop bags in stock from a seller in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. Listings with no seller, or shipped from Amazon’s stores in Germany or the United Kingdom, are left out. Prices are as listed that day, and most listings had only one to three units left.

Backpacks

Slim cases

Sleeves

Maximum device sizes are DICOTA’s, from the Specifications tab on dicota.com, read on 28 October 2026 and restated longest side first. Where a listing carries an older item code than the model on dicota.com, the figure given is for the current version, and the older one may differ slightly. “Not on dicota.com” means DICOTA’s site no longer shows that item code; the laptop size then comes from the Amazon listing. Seven of the listings were sold by PRO TECHnology that day; the seller on any listing can change.

Which DICOTA bag fits a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro

Comparing Apple’s dimensions with DICOTA’s maximum device sizes gives a clear answer for the models whose item code on Amazon matches DICOTA’s own spec sheet. A fit here means every dimension is within DICOTA’s maximum.

Two of these results run against the label. A 16-inch MacBook Pro fits a bag DICOTA names 15-15.6, and a 15-inch MacBook Air fits one named 13-14.1, because those bags have room to spare. A sleeve is the opposite case: it is cut close to its size, so a 14-inch laptop that is 1 mm too deep will not close in it.

Backpack, slim case or sleeve: which type for which day

Backpack

Both hands free for the metro, the airport or a site visit. The Backpack SPIN (D30575) takes laptops from 14.0 to 16.0 inches, holds 21 litres and weighs 0.6 kg, according to DICOTA.

Slim case

A slim laptop bag for office days and meetings, carried by hand or on the shoulder. The Slim Case BASE 13-14.1 weighs 0.35 kg and is made of 300D recycled PET polyester, according to DICOTA.

Sleeve

Protection inside another bag, or for the walk from desk to meeting room. DICOTA’s current sleeves in these sizes weigh from 0.09 kg (Sleeve BASE 10-11.6) to 0.27 kg (Smart Skin 12-12.5).

Searching for a laptop bag for men or for women? DICOTA does not split these ranges into men’s and women’s models: the choice comes down to the laptop’s size, how you carry it and the colour. For an office bag, a slim case is the usual choice; for commuting with a gym kit or a charger and a water bottle, a backpack.

DICOTA describes its fabrics as water-repellent, not waterproof, and its warranty excludes water damage, so keep the laptop out of heavy rain whichever bag you choose.

Company and team orders across the GCC

Amazon suits a single bag. For a laptop rollout, employee onboarding or a tender, buy direct from the distributor. PRO TECHnology quotes DICOTA’s current ranges, which are not all on Amazon, including the TWO and ONE ranges that DICOTA positions for company laptop rollouts and the SEVEN range with RFID shielding. Our DICOTA laptop bags page compares them by laptop fit and use.

• The quantity per model, or per role
• The laptop models, or their dimensions in millimetres
• How the bags will be used: commuting, travel or office
• The delivery city and the date you need them

Send these to sales@protech.ae or through our contact form, and we confirm current models, availability and lead time with the quotation.

Genuine DICOTA, warranty and what to keep

DICOTA’s product pages list a 30-year warranty for most of the bags above and five years for the ONE range. As our DICOTA page sets out, the cover is for faults in materials and workmanship; it does not extend to ordinary wear, misuse, water or the laptop itself.

• Brand, not “compatible with”. At least one sleeve that comes up when you search for DICOTA on Amazon.ae is another brand’s product described as compatible with DICOTA. The brand line on the listing should read DICOTA.
• Item code. Compare the code on the listing with DICOTA’s product page, as in the tables above.
• Seller. Note who the item is sold by and whether it ships from inside the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
• Invoice. Keep it: DICOTA’s warranty claim asks where and when the bag was bought.
