# LSINC Cylindrical UV & Bottle Printing Machines for the Middle East

American engineering, built for cylindrical products.

LSINC manufactures dedicated industrial printers for printing directly around bottles and cylindrical containers. The PeriOne, PeriQ360 and Perivallo360m are built for applications including glass bottles, perfume and cosmetic containers, beverage bottles, aluminium cans, drinkware and other cylindrical products. For a bottling-line perspective, see our [direct-to-bottle printing guide for beverage manufacturers](https://www.protechnology.ae/direct-to-bottle-printing-beverage-manufacturers-uae-gcc). PRO TECHnology supplies, installs, trains and supports LSINC systems across the UAE, GCC and wider Middle East. LSINC product comparison

## Which glass bottle printing machine is right for your production volume?

The three machines differ in how many items they carry at once, the shapes they accept and the container sizes that fit. The PeriOne takes the widest diameter and the longest item and loads one piece by hand. The PeriQ360 carries four pieces at a time on a quad-spindle carriage with a semi-automatic feed, which is what makes it the production model. The Perivallo360m accepts the widest range of shapes, printing cylinders, cones, tapers and contours to ±30°. Match the container and the run first, then the throughput.

Figures are from LSINC’s published model specifications. Rated speeds are maximums at a 4 inch (101.6 mm) artwork height and are determined by image height, resolution and mode. “Barrier-Free Printing on Clear Media” describes what the machine can handle: it means no physical barrier is needed behind clear glass, not that white ink can be left out. Pre-treatment is dependent upon substrate on every model. Full technical detail is in our [LSINC cylindrical UV printer specifications](https://www.protechnology.ae/lsinc-cylindrical-uv-bottle-printers-middle-east).

Rated speed is the manufacturer maximum. Net output on your floor depends on artwork, ink coverage, curing, loading, changeover and operator skill. We confirm realistic net speed on your own product during the demonstration. Deciding between a cylindrical machine and another type entirely? Our guide to [choosing a UV printing machine in the UAE](https://www.protechnology.ae/how-to-choose-uv-printing-machine-uae) works through the four machine families by application.

Frequently asked questions

## Before you invest.

**What machine prints directly on glass bottles?**

A dedicated cylindrical, or direct-to-object, UV printer. The bottle is held on a spindle and rotated while inkjet heads print onto the glass and UV light cures the ink, so the artwork wraps the container instead of sitting on a label. PRO TECHnology supplies three of them in the region: the PeriOne for samples, prototyping and boutique runs, the PeriQ360 for production volume, and the Perivallo360m for contoured and tapered shapes. For the wider comparison against screen printing, labels and sleeves, see glass bottle printing methods .

**Can LSINC print 360 degrees around a bottle?**

Yes. All three machines print helically: the bottle turns on its spindle while the print head advances along it, so the image is laid down as one continuous spiral and wraps the full circumference with no seam and no panel edge. Our technical guide to cylindrical UV printing sets out how the helical process works.

**Can LSINC print clear glass bottles?**

Yes. The PeriOne and the PeriQ360 print on clear or coloured glass with no barrier required, which LSINC calls Barrier-Free Printing on Clear Media. On the Perivallo360m, clear media is listed as an available upgrade rather than a standard capability, so it has to be specified. Barrier-free describes the machine, not the ink: white is still laid down wherever the artwork needs opacity or accurate colour on transparent glass.

**Can LSINC print aluminium body spray cans?**

Yes, within the machine’s geometry limits. Aerosol and body spray cans are a named application for the Peri Series, and metal is one of the listed substrates. Diameter, length and taper are checked against the model first, and pre-treatment is dependent upon substrate, so a sample is printed and adhesion tested on your own can before a run is committed.

**What is direct-to-object printing?**

The artwork is printed straight onto the product itself using UV inkjet. There is no paper label, no shrink sleeve and no adhesive. The ink is cured instantly by UV LED light, so the product is handled straight after printing. See how brands use this for the no-label look on glass bottles , and our body spray can capacity guide for choosing between the Peri models.

**Which materials can LSINC print on?**

Glass, plastic, metal, wood, ceramic and paper based products, plus other materials after testing. The PeriOne and PeriQ360 print clear or coloured glass with no barrier required; on the Perivallo360m, LSINC lists clear media as an available upgrade. Pre-treatment is dependent upon substrate on every model, so adhesion is confirmed on your own container before a run is approved.

**Which shapes are supported?**

Cylindrical, tapered and contoured products. The Perivallo360m adapts the printheads to contours, so it handles shapes the other models cannot. Maximum diameter and height differ by model and are listed in the comparison table above.

**Can LSINC print perfume bottles, and how durable is the print?**

UV printing on glass performs well, but perfume is the hardest test because alcohol attacks unprotected print. The result depends on the bottle coating, surface pretreatment, ink curing and the varnish on top. We do not promise a perfume proof result before testing. We print your actual bottle with your actual fragrance and run adhesion and rub tests first.

**How fast can an industrial bottle printer print?**

Rated speeds are 282, 1,146 and 174 pieces per hour for PeriOne, PeriQ360 and Perivallo360m. These are maximum figures. Net output is lower once you account for loading, changeover, ink coverage, curing and rejects. Plan with a realistic efficiency figure and confirm it during the demonstration on your own product.

**Can LSINC print different designs in the same production run?**

Yes. Every piece can carry different artwork, names, numbers or codes with no plates, screens or setup charge between designs. The PeriQ360 can run up to four designs at the same time.

**What is the minimum order quantity?**

One piece. There are no plates or screens, so a single sample costs the same per unit as a production run. This is what makes limited editions, gifting and launch samples practical.

**Can I print white and varnish effects?**

Yes, on all three machines. LSINC lists ink handling as CMYKW, CMYKWV and PCMYKWV across seven standard ink channels on the PeriOne, PeriQ360 and Perivallo360m, with a fourth configuration, CMYKCMWV, on the PeriOne. White is used as a base on clear or dark glass so colours read as intended, and varnish gives gloss, matte and raised effects. Tactile effects and faux embossing are listed on all three models.

**Which LSINC machine is for high-volume bottle printing?**

Choose the PeriOne for samples, customisation and boutique runs. Choose the PeriQ360 for volume production where output per hour decides your cost. Choose the Perivallo360m for contoured products and high end decoration where white and varnish matter more than speed.

**Can I test my own bottle before buying?**

Yes. Send us your products and we print them at our Dubai facility. You get a printed sample, a realistic net speed figure, an ink consumption figure and an adhesion test result on your own material.

**Who installs and services LSINC machines in the Middle East?**

Yes. PRO TECHnology is LSINC's exclusive dealer for the Middle East and North Africa, appointed in December 2023. We handle installation, operator training, technical support, spare parts and consumables locally. Our industrial bottle printing case study covers a Peri Series installation running in beverage production in Saudi Arabia.

**Do I still need labels or shrink sleeves?**

No. The print replaces them. That removes label stock, sleeve tooling, minimum order quantities on labels, storage of obsolete artwork and the waste that comes with an SKU change.
