DICOTA publishes a maximum device size in millimetres for every bag, and this table lists it longest side first, then the shorter side, then thickness (DICOTA's own pages use different orders). Measure the laptop the same way, including any protective case, and compare. Names and fit can differ: DICOTA specifies the Top Traveller TWO 14-16 for 15.0–16.0" devices. Figures are from each model's page on dicota.com, linked from the model names and checked on 25 September 2026. Check the model, not the brand ## What to check on a DICOTA spec sheet ### Padded laptop compartments Many business models have an HDF-padded laptop compartment, for example Backpack TWO 15-17.3 and Top Traveller Eco CORE 15-17.3. Padding reduces knocks, but DICOTA's warranty does not cover damage to the laptop itself. ### Security features on selected ranges RFID protection and hidden tracker compartments are found in the SEVEN, FIVE and CORE ranges. The TWO and ONE ranges do not have them. No tracker is included. ### Recycled content varies by model DICOTA's specifications give the recycled-PET share for many models: about 79% on Backpack SEVEN 14-16, 80% on Backpack FIVE 15-17.3 and about 28% on Backpack TWO 15-17.3. Backpack Eco CORE 13-14.1 lists its material as 300D 100% recycled PET polyester. Some models, such as Backpack GO 13-15.6, use conventional polyester. ### Water-repellent, not waterproof DICOTA's usual term for its fabrics is water-repellent. Some models list water protection only for the base, such as Backpack SEVEN 14-16 and Top Traveller SEVEN 14-16, and some, such as Backpack ONE 15-17.3, list none. DICOTA's warranty excludes water damage, so keep laptops out of heavy rain whatever the bag. Corporate orders ## Ordering DICOTA bags for a team Tell us the job and the laptops, and we suggest current DICOTA models that fit. ### Employee onboarding Pick one standard bag per role, so new starters in the same role receive the same model and reorders stay simple. ### Laptop rollouts and refresh cycles Match the bag to the laptop being deployed. DICOTA sizes each bag by maximum device dimensions, so send us the laptop model and we check the fit. If you are also preparing the laptops themselves, see [setting up new-starter laptops with FileWave](https://www.protechnology.ae/filewave-unified-endpoint-management-mdm-uae). ### Business travel Look for trolley straps, rollers that DICOTA describes as IATA cabin-size, and RFID protection on the SEVEN, FIVE and CORE ranges. ### Procurement and repeat orders Standardise on a named model and keep its DICOTA item number (Backpack TWO 15-17.3 is D3250104), so reorders match. Ranges change, so we confirm current equivalents with each quotation. ### What to send for a quotation - Quantity per model or per role - Laptop models, or width × depth × thickness in mm - How the bags will be used: commuting, travel or field work - Must-have features: RFID protection, trolley strap, recycled content, high visibility - Budget per unit - Delivery location in the UAE and the date you need them - Company name and any tender or PO reference Request a corporate quotation Or email sales@protech.ae or call +971 4 343 5501. For single bags, EVO , the PRO TECHnology group's online store, lists selected DICOTA models. You can also visit our showroom in Business Bay, but call first to check whether DICOTA models are on display. PRO TECHnology's company history records its appointment as DICOTA's regional distributor for the Middle East and Africa in 1999. **Can companies order DICOTA bags in bulk?** Yes. PRO TECHnology quotes team and company orders for DICOTA backpacks, laptop cases, sleeves and rollers. Send the quantities, laptop models, intended use, budget and delivery location. We confirm current models and availability with each quotation. **How do I choose the right laptop bag size?** Go by the maximum device size that DICOTA publishes in millimetres for each bag, not by screen size alone. Measure the laptop's longest side, shorter side and thickness, including any protective case, and compare like with like: DICOTA's pages do not always list the dimensions in the same order. Names can mislead: DICOTA specifies the Top Traveller TWO 14-16 for 15.0–16.0 inch devices. Send us the laptop model and we check the fit before we quote. **Which DICOTA models use recycled materials?** Many current models use recycled PET. Where DICOTA publishes a recycled share, it appears in the product specification. Backpack Eco CORE 13-14.1 lists its material as 300D 100% recycled PET polyester; DICOTA gives an rPET share of 80% for Backpack FIVE 15-17.3, 78.85% for Backpack SEVEN 14-16 and 27.56% for Backpack TWO 15-17.3. Some models, such as Backpack GO 13-15.6, use conventional polyester, so check the product specification before you order. **What warranty do DICOTA bags have?** DICOTA gives a lifetime warranty against material and processing defects on its notebook bags, limited to 30 years in Germany. Wheeled bags, accessories and custom solutions carry 24 months, and the ONE range and HI-VIS backpacks carry five years. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, water damage, natural disasters and damage to the laptop or other contents. Claims go through DICOTA's online warranty form , which asks where and when the bag was bought, so keep your invoice as proof of purchase. **What should I send for a corporate quotation?** Send the quantity per model or role, the laptop models or their dimensions in millimetres, how the bags will be used, any must-have features, your budget per unit, and the delivery location in the UAE with the date you need them. Email sales@protech.ae , call +971 4 343 5501 or use our contact form .
