# DICOTA Laptop Bags on Amazon UAE and Saudi Arabia: Which Model Fits Your Laptop

Published 28 October 2026 · PRO TECHnology Distribution & Retail

PRO TECHnology is DICOTA’s exclusive distributor in the GCC, and DICOTA laptop bags are also listed on Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa. On 27 October 2026 we counted 17 DICOTA laptop bags in stock from sellers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia: 15 on Amazon.ae, from AED 49 to AED 262, and 2 on Amazon.sa. To choose one, do not go by the screen size on the label: compare your laptop’s width, depth and thickness in millimetres with the maximum device size that DICOTA publishes for each bag. This guide lists every model with its item code and fit, and shows which bags take a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro.

- **Distributor** PRO TECHnology, DICOTA’s exclusive distributor in the GCC

- **On Amazon, 27 Oct 2026** 15 bags in stock on Amazon.ae, 2 on Amazon.sa

- **Listed prices** AED 49 to AED 262; SAR 79 to SAR 135.41

- **Laptop sizes** 10 to 16 inches

## Key takeaways

- Choose a DICOTA bag by millimetres, not inches: DICOTA publishes a maximum device size for every bag, and each of your laptop’s three outside dimensions must be equal to or smaller than it.
- On 27 October 2026, 17 DICOTA laptop bags were in stock on Amazon from sellers in the UAE and Saudi Arabia: 2 backpacks, 7 slim cases and 8 sleeves.
- Most of those listings showed only 1 to 3 units, and seven of them were on PRO TECHnology’s own Amazon.ae store.
- By DICOTA’s dimensions, a 15-inch MacBook Air fits the Slim Case BASE 13-14.1, and a 16-inch MacBook Pro fits the Slim Case BASE 15-15.6 and the Backpack SPIN.
- Several Amazon listings carry older DICOTA item codes than the models on dicota.com today, so check the item code before you rely on a size.
- For team orders and DICOTA’s current ranges, request a quotation from PRO TECHnology, DICOTA’s exclusive distributor in the GCC.

## Where to buy DICOTA in the UAE and Saudi Arabia

PRO TECHnology, in Dubai, is DICOTA’s exclusive distributor in the GCC. [Our company history](https://www.protechnology.ae/about-us) records our appointment as DICOTA’s regional distributor for the Middle East and Africa in 1999. DICOTA was founded in Germany in 1992, and its name comes from *Die Computer Tasche*, German for “the computer bag”, as our [DICOTA page](https://www.protechnology.ae/dicota-laptop-bags-middle-east) explains.

There are three ways to buy a DICOTA bag in the region:

- **Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa.** DICOTA laptop bags are listed with local stock, including on [PRO TECHnology’s own Amazon.ae store](https://www.amazon.ae/s?me=AYSZGVBQGET85). Every model we found is in the tables below.
- **EVO,** the PRO TECHnology group’s online store, lists selected DICOTA models on its [DICOTA page](https://www.evo.ae/brands/dicota/). EVO ships within the UAE.
- **Company and team orders.** Our sales team quotes DICOTA’s current ranges for companies in the UAE and the rest of the GCC. Write to sales@protech.ae, phone us on +971 4 343 5501, or [send an enquiry](https://www.protechnology.ae/contact-us).

Amazon is a marketplace: several sellers can offer the same listing, and the seller, price and stock on a listing can change at any time. Check the “Sold by” line before you pay, and keep the invoice, because DICOTA’s warranty claim form asks where and when the bag was bought.

## Measure the laptop, not the screen

A “15.6-inch” bag is named after a screen size, but laptops with the same screen differ in width, depth and thickness. DICOTA deals with this by giving every bag a **maximum device size**: the largest laptop, by its three outside dimensions, that the compartment is made to take. You find it in the Specifications tab of each product page on dicota.com.

1. Measure your laptop’s width (the longest side), depth and thickness in millimetres, including any hard-shell case you keep on it.
2. Find the bag’s maximum device size in the tables below or on DICOTA’s product page.
3. Match like with like. DICOTA does not always list the three numbers in the same order, so compare the longest with the longest; the tables here list the longest side first.
4. Every one of your laptop’s three dimensions must be equal to or smaller than the bag’s. If one is larger, choose the next size up.

For Apple laptops the numbers are published. These are the current models as listed on Apple’s specification pages:

*Outside dimensions of current MacBook models, from apple.com, read on 28 October 2026.*

| Laptop | Width × depth × thickness, mm | Apple source |
|---|---|---|
| MacBook Air 13-inch | 304.1 × 215.0 × 11.3 | [MacBook Air specs](https://www.apple.com/macbook-air/specs/) |
| MacBook Air 15-inch | 340.4 × 237.6 × 11.5 | [MacBook Air specs](https://www.apple.com/macbook-air/specs/) |
| MacBook Pro 14-inch | 312.6 × 221.2 × 15.5 | [MacBook Pro specs](https://www.apple.com/macbook-pro/specs/) |
| MacBook Pro 16-inch | 355.7 × 248.1 × 16.8 | [MacBook Pro specs](https://www.apple.com/macbook-pro/specs/) |

For a Windows laptop, look up the model’s dimensions on the maker’s specification page, or measure it with a ruler.

## DICOTA laptop bags on Amazon.ae and Amazon.sa: the full list

This is what we found when we searched for DICOTA on [Amazon.ae](https://www.amazon.ae/s?k=dicota) and [Amazon.sa](https://www.amazon.sa/s?k=dicota) on 27 October 2026, counting only laptop bags in stock from a seller in the UAE or Saudi Arabia. Listings with no seller, or shipped from Amazon’s stores in Germany or the United Kingdom, are left out. Prices are as listed that day, and most listings had only one to three units left.

The three bag types on Amazon: Backpack SPIN (D30575), Slim Case BASE 13-14.1 and Skin URBAN 13, shown here in its recycled version. Product photographs: DICOTA.

Maximum device sizes are DICOTA’s, from the Specifications tab on dicota.com, read on 28 October 2026 and restated longest side first. Where a listing carries an older item code than the model on dicota.com, the figure given is for the current version, and the older one may differ slightly. “Not on dicota.com” means DICOTA’s site no longer shows that item code; the laptop size then comes from the Amazon listing. Seven of the listings were sold by PRO TECHnology that day; the seller on any listing can change.

## Which DICOTA bag fits a MacBook Air or MacBook Pro

Comparing Apple’s dimensions with DICOTA’s maximum device sizes gives a clear answer for the models whose item code on Amazon matches DICOTA’s own spec sheet. A fit here means every dimension is within DICOTA’s maximum.

| Laptop | Fits, by DICOTA’s dimensions | Does not fit |
|---|---|---|
| MacBook Air 13-inch | Skin URBAN 13 (D31752, 315 × 215 × 25: the depth matches exactly); Slim Case BASE 13-14.1; Backpack SPIN | Slim Case EDGE 10-11.6 (300 mm is shorter than 304.1 mm) |
| MacBook Pro 14-inch | Slim Case BASE 13-14.1 (350 × 245 × 30); Backpack SPIN. The recycled Skin URBAN 14 (D31930-RPET, 313 × 222 × 20) also fits, with under 1 mm to spare | Skin URBAN 13 (215 mm deep against the laptop’s 221.2 mm) |
| MacBook Air 15-inch | Slim Case BASE 13-14.1 (350 × 245 × 30 takes 340.4 × 237.6 × 11.5); Slim Case BASE 15-15.6; Backpack SPIN | Skin URBAN 13 and 14 |
| MacBook Pro 16-inch | Slim Case BASE 15-15.6 (385 × 265 × 30); Backpack SPIN (385 × 265 × 40) | Slim Case BASE 13-14.1 (350 mm is shorter than 355.7 mm) |

Two of these results run against the label. A 16-inch MacBook Pro fits a bag DICOTA names 15-15.6, and a 15-inch MacBook Air fits one named 13-14.1, because those bags have room to spare. A sleeve is the opposite case: it is cut close to its size, so a 14-inch laptop that is 1 mm too deep will not close in it.

Slim Case BASE 13-14.1 (D31304-RPET) and 15-15.6 (D31308-RPET): maximum device sizes 350 × 245 × 30 mm and 385 × 265 × 30 mm, shown at their relative size. Product photographs: DICOTA.

## Backpack, slim case or sleeve: which type for which day

- **Backpack** Both hands free for the metro, the airport or a site visit. The Backpack SPIN (D30575) takes laptops from 14.0 to 16.0 inches, holds 21 litres and weighs 0.6 kg, according to DICOTA.

- **Slim case** A slim laptop bag for office days and meetings, carried by hand or on the shoulder. The Slim Case BASE 13-14.1 weighs 0.35 kg and is made of 300D recycled PET polyester, according to DICOTA.

- **Sleeve** Protection inside another bag, or for the walk from desk to meeting room. DICOTA’s current sleeves in these sizes weigh from 0.09 kg (Sleeve BASE 10-11.6) to 0.27 kg (Smart Skin 12-12.5).

Searching for a laptop bag for men or for women? DICOTA does not split these ranges into men’s and women’s models: the choice comes down to the laptop’s size, how you carry it and the colour. For an office bag, a slim case is the usual choice; for commuting with a gym kit or a charger and a water bottle, a backpack.

DICOTA describes its fabrics as water-repellent, not waterproof, and its warranty excludes water damage, so keep the laptop out of heavy rain whichever bag you choose.

## Company and team orders across the GCC

Amazon suits a single bag. For a laptop rollout, employee onboarding or a tender, buy direct from the distributor. PRO TECHnology quotes DICOTA’s current ranges, which are not all on Amazon, including the TWO and ONE ranges that DICOTA positions for company laptop rollouts and the SEVEN range with RFID shielding. Our [DICOTA laptop bags page](https://www.protechnology.ae/dicota-laptop-bags-middle-east) compares them by laptop fit and use.

- The quantity per model, or per role
- The laptop models, or their dimensions in millimetres
- How the bags will be used: commuting, travel or office
- The delivery city and the date you need them

Send these to sales@protech.ae or through our [contact form](https://www.protechnology.ae/contact-us), and we confirm current models, availability and lead time with the quotation.

## Genuine DICOTA, warranty and what to keep

DICOTA’s product pages list a 30-year warranty for most of the bags above and five years for the ONE range. As our [DICOTA page](https://www.protechnology.ae/dicota-laptop-bags-middle-east) sets out, the cover is for faults in materials and workmanship; it does not extend to ordinary wear, misuse, water or the laptop itself.

- **Brand, not “compatible with”.** At least one sleeve that comes up when you search for DICOTA on Amazon.ae is another brand’s product described as compatible with DICOTA. The brand line on the listing should read DICOTA.
- **Item code.** Compare the code on the listing with DICOTA’s product page, as in the tables above.
- **Seller.** Note who the item is sold by and whether it ships from inside the UAE or Saudi Arabia.
- **Invoice.** Keep it: DICOTA’s warranty claim asks where and when the bag was bought.

## Frequently asked questions

**Is DICOTA sold on Amazon UAE?**

Yes. On 27 October 2026, 15 DICOTA laptop bags were in stock on Amazon.ae from sellers in the UAE, priced from AED 49 to AED 262, seven of them on PRO TECHnology’s own Amazon.ae store. Most listings had only one to three units, so stock changes quickly.

**Can I buy DICOTA bags on Amazon Saudi Arabia?**

On 27 October 2026, two DICOTA laptop bags were in stock on Amazon.sa from a local seller: the BASE XX Slim 14-15.6 at SAR 79 and the Skin URBAN 14 sleeve at SAR 135.41. Other DICOTA listings on Amazon.sa shipped from Amazon’s stores abroad or were unavailable. Companies in Saudi Arabia can request a quotation from PRO TECHnology, DICOTA’s exclusive distributor in the GCC.

**Who is the DICOTA distributor in the UAE and the GCC?**

PRO TECHnology, in Dubai, is DICOTA’s exclusive distributor in the GCC, and was appointed DICOTA’s regional distributor for the Middle East and Africa in 1999. Write to sales@protech.ae or phone +971 4 343 5501.

**What size laptop bag do I need for a 15.6-inch laptop?**

Start with a bag rated for 15 to 15.6 inches, then check millimetres. DICOTA’s Slim Case BASE 15-15.6 takes a laptop up to 385 x 265 x 30 mm and the Backpack SPIN up to 385 x 265 x 40 mm. Measure your laptop’s width, depth and thickness, and make sure each is equal to or smaller than the bag’s.

**Will a 16-inch laptop fit in a 15.6-inch laptop bag?**

Sometimes, and only the millimetres can tell. A 16-inch MacBook Pro measures 355.7 x 248.1 x 16.8 mm, so it fits DICOTA’s Slim Case BASE 15-15.6, whose maximum device size is 385 x 265 x 30 mm. A tight sleeve named 15.6 inches may not take a 16-inch laptop.

**Which DICOTA bag fits a 13-inch MacBook Air?**

By DICOTA’s dimensions, the 13-inch MacBook Air (304.1 x 215 x 11.3 mm) fits the Skin URBAN 13 sleeve (D31752, 315 x 215 x 25 mm, with no spare depth), the Slim Case BASE 13-14.1 and the Backpack SPIN. It does not fit the Slim Case EDGE 10-11.6.

**How much does a DICOTA laptop bag cost in the UAE?**

On Amazon.ae on 27 October 2026, DICOTA sleeves were listed from AED 49 to AED 139, slim cases from AED 109 to AED 262, and the two backpacks at AED 74.95 and AED 82. Prices change with the seller and the stock. Company orders are quoted by PRO TECHnology.

**What should I keep after buying a DICOTA bag on Amazon?**

Keep the invoice and a note of the seller and the item code. DICOTA’s warranty claim asks where and when the bag was bought, and its product pages give 30 years on most bags and five years on the ONE range, for material and processing defects only.
